Christianne Phillips is the owner and creative culinary director of Dishing, a premium health forward meal prep and catering service based in Miami. She is also a private holistic chef, nutrition coach, and IFBB Bikini Pro bodybuilder. She holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in both Personal Training and Nutrition. Christianne attended the culinary program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. She has an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University, and a Masters of Science from Columbia University School of Journalism. She spent the early part of her career as a producer and fitness studio creative director / lead instructor in both Washington, DC and New York City. Now residing in Miami, Christianne is also a recipe creator and is currently working on her first cookbook. Her most important role to date, however, is that of wife and mom to identical twin teenage boys and a Pit Bull rescue named Coco.
