Tiffany Lam
Tiffany began her journey in the Wellness Industry at George Mason University as an athletic trainer. She worked with collegiate athletes in a wide range of sports. She tranferred to Old Dominion University to pursue her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology. After finishing her undergrad, she went on to expand her knowledge in Massage Therapy, Chinese Acupuncture, Pilates, Ki-Hara Stretching and Pranic Healing. Tiffany learned cupping and gua sha techniques to help rid the body of stagnant blood and promote healing from injuries. Tiffany combines her knowledge and experience to help clients realign their body physically and energetically. She has worked in conjunction with chiropractors, physical therapists and personal trainers to help in the recovery and restoration of the bodies natural movement and improve the overall health of clients. Tiffany's diverse knowledge in functional training and flexibility training allows her to help clients maintain mobility without injury and gain muscular strength.
